Catherine has written for a variety of audiences, from preschoolers to the President of the United States. She graduated from Princeton University with a degree in political science, a minor in political theory, and a 168-page senior thesis on counterintelligence that she might yet expand to book length someday. After graduating, Catherine went to work for the government in a national security capacity, spending five years traveling to interesting places and doing interesting things she can’t tell us about. In broad terms though, Catherine did a lot of writing during those years. Her work included policy suggestions for the White House, strategy white papers for agency executives, and tactical memos for field operatives. Next Catherine moved into freelance writing for small businesses. She has experience writing business plans and proposals, marketing plans, website copy, and blog content. When she’s not writing for clients, Catherine loves to read, spend time with her husband and their three children, and is writing a novel.
